City Landfill

Residents can drop off leaves, grass clippings, garden waste, branches and small limbs.
For access to the Landfill after regular hours a resident can purchase a gate card for $25.00 at City Hall.
Grass Clippings
The garbage company will not collect any garbage dumpsters with yard waste.
Property owners are responsible for mowing alleyways abutting their property and between the streets and sidewalks.
Residents must also keep their sidewalks clear of debris.
Snow
All Snow must be removed from sidewalks 24 hours following snowfall.
Animals
All animals must be licensed that live within the municipality.
Building Permits
The Planning Commission meets the second Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. Building permits must be received the Friday prior to the meeting date. Permits may be obtained at City Hall or under forms on this website. Submitted permits will also be reviewed by the City Council for final approval.

Due the 1st of the Month and considered delinquent on the 20th of each month.
Late payment fee $15.00 after the 20th
